We’re delighted to announce another new appointment to the growing Essency team.
Stephen Lawlor has joined us to lead and develop our NEC project management team.
Steve is an accomplished civil engineer and accredited NEC Project Manager with over 30 years’ experience in both the public and private sectors. Over the last 10 years, he has delivered a range of high-profile civil engineering schemes, including the Liverpool City Centre Connectivity Project worth over £50M, Birmingham Cycle Revolution worth £57M and more recently Project Gigabit - a £108M government backed investment for broadband rollout across Cumbria.
Steve brings with him a wealth of experience in the Highways Industry including 10 years at Amey. During his time there he managed a portfolio of award-winning schemes which included the de-construction of Churchill Way flyovers (£7M), the Strand and Lime Street projects in Liverpool at a combined value of £30M.
