Investing in the Future: Supporting Young People Through Work Experience
At Essency Consulting, we believe that a strong community is built by investing in its future, which starts with the next generation. This month, we were proud to welcome local school students into our offices as part of a structured work experience programme.
Throughout the week, the students gained valuable, hands-on exposure to our day-to-day operations. They had the chance to shadow our team across a variety of roles, see our projects in action, and discover how the skills they’re developing in school apply in a real working environment.
We see it as a responsibility to help inspire early interest in our industry. By opening our doors to young people, we aim to create inclusive, engaging pathways into future careers and equip them with the confidence and insight to pursue their goals.
