Essency Consulting are very pleased to welcome Kieran Collins to the team.
After +40 years of loyal and dedicated service for the Cheshire County and Cheshire West & Chester Councils, Kieran recently retired from his role as Network Commissioner to take on new challenges in the private sector and he has now joined Essency Consulting as an Associate Principal Consultant on a part-time basis.
Using his extensive knowledge and experience working for and leading highways management services, Kieran joins our team and will immediately be supporting and advising our clients across the UK in areas such as service and contract reviews, organisational capability, road safety reviews, and will be a key figure in implementing the inspection and testing regime for Project Amber across LCRIG.
