Former Divisional Manager for Major Projects at Liverpool City Council joins Essency as Assistant Director/Senior Asset Manager
Essency Consulting Limited is delighted to announce that Fernando Nunez – Veiga has joined our team after successfully completing 3 distinguished years at Liverpool City Council where he was the driving force behind the delivery of an ambitious £500M capital investment programme comprising complex Highways and Infrastructure works.
Using his extensive knowledge and experience across Highways, Bridges and Structures, working in both the Public and Private Sectors, Fernando strengthens our team and will be integral in supporting and advising our clients across the UK and Globally in areas such as major project and programme management, contract management, design of highway assets, service delivery reviews, funding bids and procurement/supply chain management.
